Role

The role requires the following skills and experience to run discovery projects independently. Tailored training will be provided as part of the onboarding for the successful candidate.

• High bandwidth communication

• Proactive and working independently

• Running Phage Display against recombinant proteins and overexpressing cell lines.

• Maintaining (or developing) overexpressing GPCR cell lines

• Preparing PCR products for Next-Generation Sequencing

• Identifying and implementing novel technologies to increase throughput in panning, screening and functional testing

• PhD in a related subject area or equivalent industrial experience

• Experience in using phage display against cell-based antigens

• Experience in building targeted and diverse libraries

• Experience in leading projects in a laboratory environment

• Experience in biologics/antibody drug discovery

• Experience in GPCR-related functional assays

• Budgeting and cost consciousness

• An understanding of the overall development process for biologics
